My Vegetable Blog

I've been watching quite a bit of hockey lately, what with the Chicago Blackhawks in the playoffs and all. And as it usually goes when I start watching a lot of sports, it somehow makes it into my food – really, really geeky food.

Thus, the Blackhawks Pizza, featuring the feathers logo (which really is the coolest of the Blackhawks logos) made from sliced black olives and bell peppers. The orange and yellow peppers ended up looking like the same color, but overall, I think it turned out pretty well. You know, for a cheesy sports-themed pizza. I made it for Sunday's game, and they did win after all. 

Perhaps I'll have to make it again tonight for game 2. Go Hawks!
